Since our ground onion powder is sweet and has
the characteristic onion flavor and aroma it is easily substituted into
almost any recipes that call for fresh onions. substitute one teaspoon
ground onion powder for each small onion, or about 1/3 cup chopped fresh
onion, called for in a recipe.
